By leveraging these strategies, I manage timelines, resources, SME buy-in, and stakeholder expectations, guaranteeing that each project is delivered on schedule and meets the the business initiatives.

I use assignments, questioning, observations, meetings, and more to collect and assess the data through Workday reports and formal data. I then synthesize data to determine more learning needs and how to move forward.
